Our first product! 

This sauce is for the crazies. A Caribbean inspired hot sauce that has a major fiery burn, but complemented with the fruitiness of the habanero. We use a mix of all the nasty ones including Fatali, Chocolate Habanero, Trinidad Scorpian, Brain Strain Yellow, Wicked Ghost, Infinity, Carolina Reaper, XVILL, Devil's Tongue...  just to name a few. Some may say it's a salsa with it's chunky disposition, but this highlights the fresh and quality ingredients. Start slow, you'll notice a building tolerance, and will want to keep this on hand for daily meals and testing your guests!
